We Need Vices
I drew a couple rough self portraits for my completely new and redesigned website. I had a couple pages without artwork and they just felt empty. The first was simple enough, while the second image was a small pencil sketch, it looks like me a few years down the road but I didn't mind so I left it as is. Hopefully I'll have time to complete some real artwork soon.

Let You Down

Off to a great start.
I was working on a piece yesterday, putting in some fair time on multiple characters and background work. I would say I was maybe about half done, maybe more, then my computer froze and I hadn't saved. This was 12:30am. My own fault of course, I should have saved.
I couldn't bring myself to start over again though so I watched an episode of Freaks and Geeks, then decided to take one of the outlines of a character in the piece and at least finish something before I sleep. These things happen.
Good news is that the image I was working on was mostly just practice, I have another couple things I want to draw, inspired by this Devil (myself from two halloween's ago, with several embellishments) that delve into our dark desires. Hopefully I can at least finish one of them before school starts up again.

Sure That They're Being Watched

Came across this in my sketchbook last night - I had pulled out my sketchbook briefly during one class while bored, sketched some people who were in my line of sight.
Doing some cleaning, organizing my room, I'd say for the new year, but mostly just because I had the time on my hand. I don't know if I'll have anything else posted by the end of the year, but I'll try to get something up.

Disappeared From Public Places. Never Seen Again
Posted too soon when I shared the album cover for a fake band. I tweaked it before I finally handed it in. So here is the final cover along with the rest of the CD case for my graphic design class. Overall, I'm pleased with how it turned out.
These images are how you would see the CD case and interior pages when you lay it out, rather than how I had to print them to assemble the book. Also, the pull quotes are from, respectively, Oscar Wilde's last words, Louis CK, and an episode of Community.
'Well Come' was inspired by the Prisoner, the original series.
